These Terms of Service apply to the use of the TournaEvent platform (tournaevent.com), operated by Ramsey Albayati. By registering and using the platform, you accept these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

TournaEvent is a platform for managing and running karate tournaments. It enables the creation of tournaments, management of registrations, bracket draws, and live recording of results.

3. User Account

Registration is required to use the platform. You are obligated to provide truthful information and keep your login credentials confidential. Sharing credentials with third parties is not permitted.

4. User Obligations

You agree to use the platform exclusively for legitimate purposes related to martial arts. In particular, the following is prohibited:

• Distribution of unlawful, offensive, or discriminatory content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Automated use of the platform without explicit permission
• Using the platform to the detriment of other users

5. Payments

Fees apply for certain services (e.g., paid tournament registrations). Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices displayed at the time of booking apply. Refunds are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective tournament organizer.

6. Liability

TournaEvent is not liable for the accuracy of tournament data entered by organizers. Liability for damages caused by simple negligence is excluded, unless it involves injury to life, body, or health.

7. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is accessible in the platform settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or through the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply. The place of jurisdiction for disputes is, to the extent permitted by law, the registered office of the operator.
